Desperately in need of cheap live musical accompaniment at his exploitation establishment, uncle Bugsy "encouraged" young Eric to practice the piano 8 hours a day and play 5 sets nightly at his strip bar "or sleep with the fishes." Beset with a severe seafood allergy, the always practical Eric chose to pursue the piano permanently.
